Wichita man booked on suspicion of murder

An 18-year-old Wichita man suspected of murder was arrested and booked early Sunday into the Sedgwick County Jail, according to online records.

Ritchie D. Randle was booked on suspicion of first-degree murder just after midnight, according to a booking report. Randle was arrested near East 13th Street and Oliver sometime on Saturday, the report said.

Officer Paul Cruz of the Wichita Police Department confirmed that the arrest was in relation to the death of a man at the River West Apartments, 550 S. Laclede, on Saturday.

Police had not released additional details in the case as of late Sunday afternoon.
