Bishop Carroll has been the No. 1 high school athletics program in the Wichita area for three straight school years, but there is a new champion in our annual Year in Review.
The Eagle has tracked every achievement for each of the 60 Wichita-area high school athletic programs throughout the 2019-20 schoolyear and assigned point values for different accolades, such as state championships and semifinal appearances.
