Tell us about your Kansas loved one who died serving in WWII

The Wichita Eagle is collecting information about Kansans who died while serving in World War II for a project we’re working on. We need your help to tell their stories.

Find your loved one’s name in the list below then share a few details about them — their life, military service and death using the form.

If you have one, we’re also asking you to submit your loved one’s photograph and/or a copy of a newspaper clipping about their service. You can also submit a letter. A cellphone snapshot of an image you have framed or in a scrapbook will work. Just make sure it’s close up and clear or readable. You can upload images in photo or PDF formats.

If you have questions about the submission process, please contact Amy Renee Leiker at aleiker@wichitaeagle.com.

If you have a story about a male or female World War II survivor, or can’t find your loved one’s name on the casualty list below, please use this form.
