With the first days of summer approaching, work may be the last thing from your mind.

If you’re looking for more flexibility this summer and don’t already work from home, remote work may seem even more appealing during the warmer months.

According to data from the U.S. Census Bureau, in 2023, 22 million people in the U.S. worked from home — a figure that grew in part thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition to flexibility, another selling point for employees is the lack of commute. According to Census data, the average Wichitan drives 19.9 minutes to work every day. That means about 40 minutes in the car each day.

If you live in Wichita and are looking for remote work flexibility for the summer going into fall, we gathered information for four Indeed remote job listings in the general area. Here’s how much they pay, their qualifications and more.
