Missing person found dead in Cottonwood Complex fire, Kansas officials say

Reno County officials confirmed over a Facebook post shortly after 3 p.m. on Sunday that one missing person from the Cottonwood Complex fire was found dead.

Officials say they are working to identify the person and will release further details once next of kin is notified.

The Hutchinson Fire Department asks that those missing a loved one in the area should call 620-694-2800.
