Fourth arrest made in connection with body found near Bel Aire

Police have arrested a fourth person in connection to the death of 30-year-old Christian Osvaldo Hernandez, whose body was found with a gunshot wound on the side of the road last week near Bel Aire.

Jail records show Dustyn Joe Brown, 40, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of aggravated kidnapping, aggravated robbery and three counts of criminal possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Brown has the same listed address as two of the other arrested suspects: 28-year-old Whitney Nicole Dukes and 33-year-old Thomas Ray Armstrong.

All three have a listed address of 4300 S. Englewood, which is just west of K-15, between MacArthur and 47th Street South.

Brown has eight convictions in Sumner and Sedgwick counties from 2010 and 2011, according to Kansas Department of Corrections records. The convictions are for burglary, theft and criminal damage to property.

His bond was set at $150,000.
