Man injured in forklift accident dies

The man who was critically injured last week in an industrial accident in southwest Wichita has died, officials said Wednesday.

Dylan Brean, 21, was operating a forklift at R&L Carriers, 3402 W. Harry, when he was pinned by the machinery shortly before 5:45 a.m. on March 17, officials have said. First responders were able to free him from the forklift and revive him before he was transported to Via Christi Hospital St. Francis.

He died Wednesday morning, a hospital spokeswoman confirmed.
