Motorcyclist dies in accident near MacArthur and Hoover in southwest Wichita
One person died in a motorcycle collision in southwest Wichita on Tuesday afternoon, a Sedgwick County Emergency Communications supervisor confirmed.
The call came in shortly after 4 p.m. from the area of MacArthur and Hoover. The rider of the motorcycle “may have hit a pole,” the supervisor said. Wichita police are on scene of the crash.
