Three new businesses have opened at Bradley Fair this holiday season, and there’s going to be an announcement of one more coming soon.

Fidelity Bank, Emler Swim School and LensCrafters are all now open at the center at 21st and Rock Road.

The bank had been at the back side of the center, along North Bradley Fair Parkway, but increased its presence with a move to one of Bradley Fair’s most-prominent spots, where a gas station used to be on the corner of 21st and Rock Road.

“We’ve put a great deal of thought into this new office to make it a place that puts our customers first,” said Michelle Wolz, Fidelity’s director of consumer banking, in a statement.

She described the new space as “a warm, modern environment that blends technology with personal service and (provides) businesses customers the added convenience of a dedicated drive-thru lane.”

Previously, she called it “our new flagship branch of east Wichita.”

Emler Swim School has opened in the former Pier 1 space to offer swimming lessons for babies and preschool children.

The swim school, which started in 1975, is designed to create a fun, safe space for children to learn to swim. It’s about helping kids have fun while learning to be safe in the water.

The business is offering 50% off of classes for the first two months of the year.

In 2024, when Bradley Fair announced Emler would be coming, it was a bit of a surprise given the shops and restaurants already at the center.

In a more recent news release, Bradley Fair management said the “additions mark exciting steps in the property’s continued evolution, bringing essential, family-focused services to the community.”

LensCrafters was another surprise, mainly because Howard’s Optique and Warby Parker are already at Bradley Fair, too.

The Ohio company, which took the former Chico’s space, offers a large selection of designer eyewear along with vision care.
