Bradley Fair at 21st and North Rock Road is about to welcome its third optical store.

This winter, LensCrafters is taking the space where Chico’s had been.

The Ohio company offers a large selection of designer eyewear along with vision care.

“LensCrafters is a natural fit for Bradley Fair,” said Jessica Branning, Bradley Fair general manager, in an e-mailed statement.

“The brand’s focus on exceptional service and elevated retail aligns well with our commitment to delivering high-quality experiences to our guests. We’re proud to welcome them to the property.”

LensCrafters is going to transform the former women’s clothing store space and announce an opening date closer to when renovations are complete.

The company has more than 1,000 stores nationwide and in Canada and Puerto Rico.

It joins longtime Bradley Fair tenant Howard’s Optique and Warby Parker, which opened in 2023.

Chico’s, which had been at Bradley Fair for more than two decades, closed over the summer when its lease was not renewed.
