The last time an alert reader noticed construction at Bradley Fair, it resulted in news that Nordstrom Rack would be coming to the south side of the the shopping center at 21st and Rock Road.

Now, another reader is wondering about construction fencing around the former Outback Steakhouse there.

You might say it’s more demolition fencing than construction fencing, because that’s what’s happening. The building is set to be demolished, but there are no plans for a new building or tenant yet.

The restaurant, which opened in 1993, closed in April after its lease expired.

Look for more news about what may be coming to the space once plans are in place.
