This time, it’s true: Bob Dylan is coming to Wichita
You’ve seen the Oscar-nominated movie about his life. Now, you can see the man himself in Wichita.
Music legend Bob Dylan, 83, will bring his “Rough and Rowdy Ways” tour to Wichita’s Century II on March 29, the venue announced Monday morning. Tickets, which will start at $65.50, go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday.
Dylan, 83, has been performing for nearly 50 years, and a part of his career was recently chronicled in the movie “A Complete Unknown” starring Timothee Chalamet. Dylan’s catalog includes hits like “Mr. Tambourine Man,” “The Times They Are a-Changin’” and “Like a Rolling Stone.”
Monday’s announcement hit almost a year to the date after websites, including billboard.com, shared that Dylan would perform at Century 2 on April 2, 2024. After fans got excited, the official Dylan website posted that some dates had been published in error, and the Wichita listing soon disappeared.
Tickets for the March show will be available at www.selectaseat.com, by phone at 316-755-7328, or in person at the Century II Box Office or the Select-a-Seat box office at Intrust Bank Arena.
