A bomb threat led to the evacuation of a Pfizer facility in McPherson early Monday, according to a representative of the New York-based pharmaceutical company.

Kim Bencker, a spokeswoman for the company, said in an e-mail that the manufacturing facility, located at 1776 Centennial Drive, was evacuated Monday morning. She didn’t say what time the evacuation happened.

All employees were confirmed to be safe following the threat, Bencker said in the e-mail. This story will be updated as more information becomes available.
