Update, April 2, 2018: The Sheriff's Office has identified the man and contacted him. The case is still under investigation.

Original story: Someone burglarized several buildings near 119th Street in Sedgwick County earlier this month, and possibly returned to the scene of the crime the next day.

Now, Crime Stoppers of Wichita-Sedgwick County needs the public's help in identifying the man.

The burglary happened between March 6 and 8. A trailer and several buildings were broken into. About $2,000 worth of damage was caused and $35,000 in property was taken.

The property owner installed trail cameras immediately following the break-in. The next day, the cameras captured an strange man who didn't have permission to be on the property walking through the area, Crime Stoppers said.

Since a crime was committed the day before, police would like to talk to him.

Anyone with information about the man's identity or the burglary is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 316-267-2111.
