'Freeze mob' fights child sex trafficking
The group ICT SOS froze in position for several minutes Thursday evening on the Douglas Street Bridge during the River Festival to call attention to the selling of local teenagers through the commercial sex trade.
ICT SOS was organized to gather volunteers to help agencies such as the Wichita Children's Home, the Child Advocacy Center and Youthville. For more information, or to join the efforts, visit ictsos.org.
