Crime Stoppers seek public’s help in finding missing Maize woman
Crime Stoppers of Sedgwick County and Maize police are seeking the public’s help in locating Kendra Nystrom, 30, who went missing in May.
Crime Stoppers said in a release that Nystrom may have been the victim of foul play. She suffers from a drug addiction, according to her family.
Nystrom is white with red hair, 5-foot, 4-inches tall and between 100 and 120 pounds. She has the initials “RJ” tattood on her left ring finger.
She went missing on Thursday, May 4 after police responded to an alarm at her parents’ home in the 12000 block of West 29th Street North. When police arrived, Crime Stoppers said she ran out the back door with her black-and-gray, male Chihuahua-mix named Frankie.
Her car, phone and other belongings – including her identification – were left behind.
Since then, Nystrom has not been heard from or seen by her family.
