No charges filed in case of man accused of taking pictures of girl in Target

Police have finished investigating a report made in late October that a man was taking pictures of a 10-year-old girl in Target.

Officer Charley Davidson said no charges will be filed. Investigators made contact with the man who was alleged to have been taking pictures and determined that no illegal activity occurred.

A 35-year-old woman told police she and her daughter were inside the store in the 2700 block of North Maize when she reported a man was taking pictures of them through clothing racks.

She immediately called police, then created a Facebook post with pictures she took of the man. It was shared more than 14,000 times on Facebook before it was later deleted.
