Funeral arrangements set for Bishop Carroll assistant football coach Roger Robben

Funeral arrangements have been completed for Roger Robben, an assistant football coach at Bishop Carroll High School, who died of natural causes Monday morning at the age of 46.

The rosary and funeral will both be held at St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 861 N. Socora, near Central and Tyler Road. The rosary will be at 7 p.m. Thursday and the funeral at 10 a.m. Friday.

A scholarship fund for Mr. Robben’s surviving children, Olivia, Riggs and Sylvia, has been set up at Intrust Bank. Donations in his name can be sent to any Intrust Bank branch.

Mr. Robben, who was also teaching math at Augusta High, was a head coach at Remington, Buhler, Goddard and Augusta high schools.
