The home is in the Reflection Ridge neighborhood in west Wichita, situated on a 0.57-acre lot. The Zillow listing calls the house, built in 1994, an “unparalleled luxury estate.”

Not only does the offering feature a heated, saltwater pool, it also has a kiddie pool.

“When you’re looking at the pool, it’s got that other pool, kind of, above it that looks like a hot tub. That’s not a hot tub, that’s a whole separate pool,” Jimmy Davis said. “It’s got its own filter and pump and all that ... that’s the kiddie pool. It’s kind of just a cool when you got toddlers over or babies, it’s perfect for that.”

The pool house has a bedroom, two baths and a fully finished basement with an extra room, as well.

The realtor said one main highlight of the property is its deck.

“It’s got the biggest deck that I’ve ever seen,” Jimmy Davis said. “The guy that we bought it from remodeled it, and it’s got an outdoor kitchen ... a barrel ceiling, it’s got a TV out there. It’s got a fridge built in [and] a gas grill. [It also has] a screened in kind of gazebo, as well with a built-in fire pit, and that’s all on the back deck.”
