If you’re in the market for a waterfront property complete with a pool, a boat dock and a sandy beach area, you’re in luck.

A modern west Wichita home in the Maize school district recently went up sale for $1.8 million, and the listing calls it “a truly elevated lifestyle on the water.”

The home, located at 4835 W. Brisco, is 3 years old and listed by Kimi Richards of High Point Realty. Richards also owns the property.

“Step inside to find a sprawling open-concept layout, where the heart of the home shines with custom countertops, cabinetry, and a butler’s pantry—a dream kitchen built for entertaining,” the listing reads.

Richards said with the home’s two seating areas and large bar, it is the perfect property for an entertainer.

“Anyone who loves to spend their days on the lake or at the pool will love this house too,” Richards wrote in an email to The Wichita Eagle.

The property is in Emerald Bay Estates, a development sitting on more than 100 acres of water and four miles of shoreline, according to its website.

“The jaw-dropping landscaping completes the picture—creating a private oasis that’s both functional and breathtaking,” the listing says of the homes outdoor spaces.

“It feels like you are waking up ... on vacation,” Richards said.

The modern home, built in 2022, is situated on a 1.4-acre lot and includes six bedrooms, three full bathrooms and three half bathrooms. The 5,264-square-foot, two-story home also features a six-car garage.

The listing also highlights the open layout and the dining room, which has a custom wine rack.

“It is modern and bright with high ceilings [that] give it a very spacious and open feeling,” Richards said.

The primary suite features a dual walk-in closet, a walk-in shower and heated floors. The upstairs includes a home office and a workout room.
