Truck becomes lodged in underpass on Waterman (+video)

Yet another truck became stuck after trying to negotiate the railroad underpass on Waterman near Rock Island, police said Tuesday.

The truck became lodged as it traveled west shortly after 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, a Sedgwick County emergency dispatcher said. No injuries were reported, but both westbound lanes were affected. The truck was moved a few hours later.

Officials were looking into how many times over the past decade trucks have become lodged under that bridge.
