Where can I get the best deals this Thanksgiving? Check out Wichita grocery store prices
Thanksgiving is just around the corner, and if you’re in charge of cooking your dinner, shopping for it can feel like running a marathon.
It’s smart to make a plan ahead of your grocery trip, as some stores will be closed or have limited hours on the holiday, so you want to make sure you’re all set before you begin cooking.
But where should you go to shop? What stores have the cheapest prices?
According to the American Farm Bureau, Thanksgiving dinner prices across the U.S. are 5% less than in 2023, but the dramatic increase from the COVID-19 pandemic hasn’t abated. A basic dinner for 10 might cost the average Midwesterner $58.90, the survey found.
The Eagle visited Wichita grocery stores and checked the prices of seven popular Thanksgiving items to help you compare prices and make your plan this holiday. Prices could change depending on day, location and sales, so be sure to grab deals while you can.
