Victim of weekend fatality crash was 18-year-old Rose Hill woman
Authorities say the person who died in a crash Saturday was an 18-year-old Rose Hill woman.
Kylie M. Love was driving a 1999 Toyota Camry west on 71st Street South at about 2:40 a.m. when she went off the road, hit a culvert and crashed into a tree, the Sedgwick County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release Tuesday. The wreck occurred in the 15300 block of East 71st Street South.
Love was pronounced dead from her injuries at 3:02 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office said. A 17-year-old male from Derby who was also in the car was taken to Wesley Medical Center by ambulance.
The crash remains under investigation, the Sheriff’s Office said.
