New national retailer coming to Wichita’s Bradley Fair
A new national retailer is coming to Bradley Fair with an eye toward providing fashionable glasses and aiding those in need.
Warby Parker will open in the space between Sephora and Bath & Body Works.
“We are thrilled for Warby Parker to make their first splash in the Wichita community here at Bradley Fair,” said Bradley Fair general manager Abbey Way in an e-mail statement.
“The store will have a perfect blend of classic and contemporary, with elegant terrazzo flooring, warm wood tones, and vibrant pops of color. It will bring an added charm to the property and surely make for a fun and welcoming experience for a wide range of our guests.”
The New York-based company, which started as an online retailer in 2010, now sells mostly through about 200 stores nationally.
In addition to selling prescription glasses, sunglasses and contacts along with nonprescription sunglasses, the chain donates a pair of glasses for each pair it sells.
The company said it has distributed more than 10 million glasses with its nonprofit partners.
