Now, the business — which flips houses, has a rent-to-own department and also manages properties for itself and others — is in 4,000 square feet of the space. Javier is working on additional plans for the 16,000-square-foot building.
He's creating an 8,000-square-foot co-working space called Strategic Workspace, named for his Strategic Organization business that helps bring business owners together to help each other.
He also plans a 4,000-square-foot venue called Venue 54 since it's on Kellogg, which is also known as Highway 54. Javier says the venue will be available for conferences and parties.

Jake Ramstack of InSite Real Estate Group handled the deal for the East Kellogg space.
Javier says he hopes the venue and co-working spaces will be ready in September.
