The very busy Lonnie Bosley is at it again.
Bosley Bargains will open in a one-time Bosley’s Tire space at 9045 E. Kellogg just west of Webb Road.
Bosley says he’s repurchased the building to sell steeply discounted tires that can compete with Internet sales.

“We’re going to sell them at cost.”
He says the 21,000-square-foot building will be able to hold about 70,000 tires. He says it’s a carryout business where people can buy tires and install them on their own.
Bosley says he isn’t worried that the store will affect his other stores.
“We’re swamped. I mean, we’re swamped all the time.”
In early December, Bosley opened another Bosley’s Tire on the west side in the former Sears automotive department at Towne West Square.
He’s also working on a store at 2650 S. Oliver, which should open in 45 days or so, and one at 5209 N. Maize Road, which should open in about 60 days.
There’s also a Bosley’s Tire coming to Derby in the next 60 days or so at 2212 N. Nelson Dr.
Bosley says he’s also looking for space in the north part of the Canal Route to open another Bosley’s Tire.
Bosley Bargains will open by Monday or possibly even earlier if remodeling work gets completed.
Bosley says he’s also opening a new Bosley’s Tire at Kellogg and Zelta, just east of Greenwich, and he could add a second discount store there as well.
“It just depends if this one takes off.”
