Some Wichita grocery stores to close for Easter. Here’s where you can still shop
Easter Sunday is just around the corner and with it can come a long grocery store shopping list.
While for some that list is just your weekly essentials, for others it may be everything needed to host friends and family on the holiday.
Unfortunately for Easter lovers, eggs may be one of the more expensive items on your grocery list this year due to inflation and the spread of bird flu. Searching for the cheapest egg prices may add a stop or two, making planning ahead even more important.
To avoid the crowd and possible closures, it’s best to get your shopping done as soon as possible — especially since major retailers Target, Aldi, Natural Grocers, Sam’s Club and Costco will all be closed Easter Sunday, April 20.
But that doesn’t mean you’ll be out of luck if you need a last-minute grocery run on the holiday. Dillons, Walmart, Whole Foods and GreenAcres Market are all open Easter Day — but one has reduced hours.
We’ve compiled a list of store hours for Wichita locations this Easter.
