Van Halen concert canceled at Intrust Bank Arena
The Sept. 17 Van Halen concert that previously was postponed now has been canceled, according to the show’s promoter, Live Nation.
The band has canceled the entire second leg of its tour.
Customers who ordered tickets over the Internet or over the phone will receive a phone call before their refunds are processed. If the credit card is still valid, the price of the ticket plus all the fees will be refunded. If it’s not, the customer will receive a check within seven to 10 business days of the phone call.
The phone calls started on Monday.
Those who purchased tickets at the Intrust Bank Arena box office or at Dillons stores should visit the Intrust Bank Arena box office at 500 E. Waterman for a refund. Box office hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.
