The Van Halen concert scheduled for Sept. 17 at Intrust Bank Arena has been postponed, and the venue is offering refunds.
The show is among more than 30 dates that have been postponed. Neither arena officials nor the band’s publicists would give a reason for the postponement. On the band’s website all tour dates after June 26 have been removed.
When asked if the show would be rescheduled, the publicist said she didn’t know but referenced a line on the arena’s release that said “future dates to be announced.”
Arena officials announced the concert last week at a press conference, where they gave away 15 tickets to fans who came for the announcement. Tickets to the show went on sale Saturday.
Those seeking refunds should call 316-755-SEAT (7328).
