Aldi is giving away free groceries — but act fast. How to win a box in KS
For two more days, you have a chance to claim free groceries from Aldi. But you’ll have to be fast.
As part of the booming blind box trend, the national grocery chain introduced the Aldi Blind Box — “four limited-time themed grocery bundles packed with fan favorites, standout picks and a few surprises.”
Each day until Thursday, June 25, shoppers in most states, including Kansas, have a chance to claim a box online.
The boxes drop at 11 a.m. CT and can be claimed at AldiBlindBox.com.
You’ll want to be quick, as the first day of boxes were all spoken for “within about five minutes,” USA Today reported. So far, the retailer has released the snack box and the fiber box.
There are two more boxes Aldi plans to drop:
- Protein blind box: “Keeps shoppers fueled, full, and ready for whatever is next”
- Mystery blind box: “ Fans can expect a surprising mix of products from across the store that are about to become their new foodie obsessions”
How to claim an Aldi Blind Box
For your best chance to claim a box, Aldi says you should refresh your browser and hit “Claim an ALDI Box” the second the clock strikes 11 a.m.
“The drops will sell fast,” Aldi said on Instagram. “If you’re directed to the checkout queue, inventory has likely already been claimed.
“The response has been beyond anything we imagined, with hundreds of thousands of ALDI fans racing to claim a box on day one,” the store continued.
If you manage to score a box, you’ll be prompted to fill out your shipping information and the groceries will be shipped to your home.
“While the ALDI Blind Box experience is only available for a limited time and on a first-come, first-served basis, shoppers can find the featured products and new discoveries every week in stores nationwide and on the ALDI website,” the retailer said.
