Wichita restaurants closing for snow again, though many are toughing it out
Wichita restaurant are getting taste of deja vu when it comes to dining out.
Just like at the start of the month, the city is getting blanketed in snow. And just like at the start of the month, many eateries have decided to take a snow day and remain closed.
