‘Classic Restaurants of Wichita’ book signing on Saturday at The First Place
If you missed your chance at Christmas and still need an autographed copy of my book “Classic Restaurants of Wichita,” I’ll be at The First Place gift shop, 2929 N. Rock Road, on Saturday, Feb. 12, signing and selling copies and taking nominations for restaurants that should be included in Volume II.
“Classic Restaurants of Wichita,” published in August by Arcadia Press, details the history of around 100 of Wichita’s most loved restaurants from the past, including Chateau Briand, Portobello Road, The Lazy R and more.
