Wichita’s newest Chipotle opens this week on the south side
Wichita’s newest Chipotle is set to open later this week.
The new restaurant — which is the chain’s eighth Wichita Chipotle and South Wichita’s first — will open Thursday at 2349 S. Seneca St.
It’s in the Westway Shopping Center, between Starbucks and Emprise Bank, and it faces Seneca. It will have a Chipotlane: a drive-up window where people can pick up orders they’ve made in advance online or via their mobile apps. It also will have a large outdoor patio on the restaurant’s south side as well as a couple of “burrito loading zone” parking spaces reserved for people picking up mobile and catering orders.
Wichita’s other Chipotle restaurants include the one at 2608 N. Greenwich, which just opened in September, as well as the ones at 2121 N. Amidon, 535 S. Rock Road, 7130 W. Maple, 29th and Rock, 21st and Maize, and Central and Hillside. The 21st and Amidon and Greenwich restaurants both also have Chipotlanes.
Chipotle’s hours are 10:45 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
