New fast-food restaurant to open in south Wichita

United States Beef Corp. will open an Arby’s at 10 a.m. on Tuesday at South Fork Shopping Center on 47th Street South on the west side of I-135.

The company, based in Tulsa, is Arby’s largest franchisee, with 336 restaurants across the region.

The 2,830-square-foot building seats 56 customers and employs 40 full- and part-time workers.
