Country music icon Merle Haggard has had to cancel his appearance at Wichita’s Hartman Arena as he continues to recover from double pneumonia, Hartman arena officials said.

Haggard, 78, was scheduled to perform along with Willie Nelson on April 12. He’s canceled all of his April appearances. The Hartman Arena show will continue with Wilson, Jamey Johnson and Ryan Bingham.

People who want refunds can get them where they purchased their tickets.

Haggard last appeared in Wichita in 2014, when he was an opening act for George Strait, and he was visibly ill with pneumonia during that performance.
