Last time he came to Wichita, tickets sold out immediately. Now, he’s returning.

When he performed in Wichita two years ago, tickets sold out in less than an hour — and during a presale event. The venue, Century II’s Concert Hall, had to add a second show.

Now, comedian Matt Rife, 30, is coming back to town but will perform at a much larger venue. Intrust Bank Arena announced on Monday that Rife, a stand-up comedian and social media star, had booked a Wichita stop on his “Stay Golden World Tour.”

But the show is still more than a year away. He’ll be at the arena on Dec. 13, 2026. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday.

The show will be performed “in the round,” which means that the stage will be in the center of the arena, and nearly all of the venue’s 15,000 seats will be available. The last time Intrust Bank Arena had an in-the-round show was when Zach Bryan performed in August 2023 (and broke the arena’s attendance record.)

Rife has 19.7 million followers on TikTok, where he regularly posts comedy clips. He also earned a following for his comedy specials and has a new one coming out on Dec. 2 called “Matt Rife: Unwrapped— a Christmas Crowd Work Special.”

His “Stay Golden Tour,” which started earlier this year, included stops in San Diego, Austin and Philadelphia. Rife also played two sold-out shows at New York’s Madison Square Garden — and he became the youngest comedian to sell out the venue. On Monday, he announced the 2026 extension of his tour, which includes more than 40 new dates in North America and Europe.

Tickets go on sale to the general public at noon on Friday at selectaseat.com, by phone at 316-755-7328 or in person at the Select-a-Seat box office at Intrust Bank Arena. They’ll also be for sale at MattRifeOfficial.com

The show is for ages 18 and over.
