Wichita Force ends three-game road trip at Sioux City

The Wichita Force’s longest road trip of the season comes to an end Saturday night against the Sioux City Bandits in Sioux City, Iowa.

Wichita (5-2) is in second place in the Champions Indoor Football standings headed into its third straight road game. The Force lost at Texas 48-21 thanks to their lowest offensive output of the season on April 11, then bounced back with a 45-32 win at Salina on April 25.

Sioux City (4-3) is led by linebacker Marlon Lobban, who is second in the CIF with 53 tackles, while Sioux City leads the league in scoring offense at 55.7 points.

The Force has been getting big production from Wichita native and Ottawa product Clarence Anderson, who is second in the league with 776 all-purporse yards.

Wichita returns to Intrust Bank Arena on May 8 to host Dodge City.
