Haselhorst calls it a career

Injuries finally caught up with Todd Haselhorst. What had been suspected for some time became official Tuesday when KU announced the senior defensive tackle was leaving the team.

Kansas signee Travis Releford is one of 14 finalists for the U.S. boys 18-under national team, USA Basketball announced Thursday. Releford made the four-person cut after workouts in Washington, D.C., this week. The 12-member team will be finalized by Tuesday.
