Kansas man dies after minivan leaves roadway and catches fire, KHP says

A 35-year-old Kansas man died Tuesday morning when the minivan he was driving left the road and caught fire.

The victim was identified as Jared Adock of Kingman, a Kansas Highway Patrol crash log shows.

The crash was reported at 4 a.m. along Kansas Highway 42 in Kingman County. Adock was heading west on K-42 in a 2010 Kia Sedona when the minivan left the road, entered a ditch, overturned and caught fire, according to the report.

Adock died at the scene of the crash, the KHP said.
