Man banned from Wal-Mart after exposing himself

An 18-year-old man has been banned from Wal-Mart after he exposed his penis in a west Wichita store for the second time in a week, police said.

The man was seen on security camera exposing himself at about 3 p.m. Monday in the men’s department of the store at 6110 W. Kellogg, Lt. James Espinoza said.

“At this time, we believe he’s responsible for another incident that occurred a week earlier” at the same store, Espinoza said.

The man was not arrested because no one was near him when incidents occurred, Espinoza said, but the case remains under investigation.
