From 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, the doors of the old Carnegie Library building will be open.

The building, 220 S. Main in Wichita, is celebrating its centennial. The building, owned by Fidelity Bank, is usually closed to the public. The former library houses Fidelity Bank’s headquarters and its commercial banking division.

The events on Saturday include a “Wizard of Oz” reading and book giveaway; a dedication and garden party; a re-enactor portraying Andrew Carnegie, and a talk from Clark Bastian, Fidelity Bank chairman and CEO, about the building’s renovation.
