Panel discussion to give technical guidance on how to start up a business
Young Professionals of Wichita and Startup Wichita will hold a panel discussion this month on how to start up a business.
The event, “Starting Up: A Technical Primer for Starting a Business,” will be Feb. 22 from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the Labor Party, 216 N. Mosley.
On the panel will be Richard Stevens, an attorney from Martin Pringle who specializes in business law, startups and intellectual property; Jandrea Blumanhourst, a CPA from Allen, Gibbs & Houlik, who specializes in outsourced services; and Kenton Hansen, co-founder of Startup Wichita and software development lab director at Ennovar.
The event is free, but participants must register at www.ypwichita.org.
