Advanced Wellness and Rehab moving to new space
Advanced Wellness and Rehab has been at 2071 N. West St. since chiropractor Andrew Roy opened the business 18 years ago, but that’s about to change.
Next week, Roy is moving the office, which is a combination chiropractic and physical therapy clinic, to 2020 N. Tyler.
“It’s where the old Northwest Family Physicians used to be,” he says.
Roy calls it a “better location, for one thing.”
Also, it’ll be a bigger office. The practice now is in about 2,700 square feet.
The new location is 6,000 square feet, 3,200 square feet of which Roy’s clinic will use.
“They’re letting me take what I need,” he says.
His landlord is looking for another medical user for the rest of the space, and that practice and Roy’s would then share the same waiting room and reception area.
Roy says the new space will be better in particular for physical therapist Stevie Fieser and her assistants, including Roy’s wife, Amanda.
“It’s just laid out better. It’s just more space for them.”
There’s more room for the clinic’s massage therapy as well.
Roy’s practice specializes in treating herniated and bulging discs. He uses spinal rejuvenation therapy, which is a combination of spinal decompression and physical therapy.
The clinic will move this weekend and reopen in the new space on Monday.
