AirBaltic marks Bombardier CS300’s first revenue flight
Bombardier’s newest C Series jetliner made its first revenue flight on Wednesday.
AirBaltic’s first CS300 flight took off from Riga, Latvia to Amsterdam with 120 passengers on board.
AirBaltic, the flag carrier for Latvia, is the launch customer for the CS300 and will take delivery of 20 of the C Series variant.
It has ordered the CS300 in a 145-seat, two-class configuration.
Both the CS300 and smaller CS100 have undergone and continue to undergo flight testing at Bombardier’s facilities in Wichita.
