Amber Turner of Koch Industries has been named the winner of the American Institute of CPAs’ 2015 Elijah Watt Sells Award. The award is given to CPA candidates who have obtained a cumulative average above 95.50 across all four sections of the Uniform CPA Examination, passed all four sections of the examination on their first attempt and completed testing in 2015.

KU Endowment has appointed the following new member to its 4-Wichita board: Jerry Cohlmia, nephrologist and medical director, Physician Alliance of Kansas; Allen Fee, CEO, Fee Insurance Group; Bill Hanna, former president and COO, Koch Industries; Nancy Martin, COO, Emergency Services PA; Doug Milfeld, cardiothoracic surgeon, Wichita Surgical Specialists; Brian Pate, pediatrics chair, KU School of Medicine-Wichita, and Jennifer Szambecki, director of innovation and partnerships, Kansas Turnpike Authority. 4-Wichita is a leadership, advocacy and fundraising board that serves to further the mission of the KU School of Medicine-Wichita.

Rob Runquist has been named chief executive officer of CrossWinds Counseling and Wellness in Emporia. Runquist had been the chief financial officer since January 2014.
Bob Copple has been named senior administrator for Via Christi Hospital in Manhattan.
Sharon Laudick, a therapist, has joined Prairie View and will treat alcohol and drug addiction in the Prairie View Addictions Treatment Center as well as providing general outpatient therapy in the Newton office.

Lindsay Wagoner, a consultant for Pure Romance, has earned the level of national director, senior board of directors for the in-home sales company.
