EPR Properties reports higher revenue and profit

EPR Properties reported higher revenue and earnings for the third quarter.

The Kansas City-based real estate investment trust said revenue climbed 10 percent in the quarter to $108.3 million.

Net income rose to $44.2 million for the three months that ended Sept. 30, from $36.8 million in the same period last year.

Those results pushed nine-month totals to $309 million in revenue and net income of $123.9 million, compared with $280.4 million in revenue and net income of $109.1 million in 2014.
