Equity Bancshares, the Wichita-based parent company of Equity Bank, has completed its mergers with Eastman National Bancshares of Ponca City, Okla., and Cache Holdings of Tulsa, bringing its assets to $3 billion and branch network to 42 locations in Arkansas, Kansas, Missouri and Oklahoma.

Three of Wichita-based Hospitality Management LLC’s Best Western hotels have earned the chain’s M.K. Guertin Award for 2017. Named in honor of the chain’s founder, the awards went to the Best Western Plus Patterson Park Inn in Arkansas City; Best Western Plus in Norman, Okla.; and Best Western Blackwell Inn in Blackwell, Okla.
