Ever since it opened inside the Ambassador Hotel in 2012, I’ve wished that Siena Tuscan Steakhouse had more “Tuscan” on its menu.
Now, thanks to new chef Jeremy Wade, it does.
Wade, the longtime Wichita chef, who took over the kitchen of the fine dining restaurant this spring, has recently updated both the lunch and dinner menus and has added all sorts of upscale Italian dishes.
The lunch menu has several hand-made pastas, including braised beef cheek ravioli, linguine and clams and buccatini and meatballs. The dinner menu now has dishes like Tuscan seafood stew, panzanella salad, veal scaloppini, shrimp alla diavola, lasagna and more. Many of the lunch pastas also are listed on the dinner menu.
You can see both of the new menus attached, but I suggest you read with caution because perusing them just made me extremely hungry.
