Bracket challenge: Vote for the best high school football jersey in the Wichita area
If you’ve ever wondered whether your high school has the best jersey in the Wichita area, you’re about to receive that answer.
The Eagle and Varsity Kansas present the Jersey Bracket Challenge. We took the 32 closest teams to downtown Wichita, created virtual replicas of those teams’ 2019 jerseys and put them into a bracket. That’s right, a contest.
Teams have been placed into four regionals based on their classification, and they have been seeded based on this past season’s regular-season records.
Check out the brackets below and scroll to the bottom of the page to cast your votes on the first round matchups. Round of 32 voting opens Thursday, April 29 and will be available until 11:45 p.m. Monday with results announced Tuesday.
