Ranking 50 of the best Wichita-area boys swimmers to watch at Kansas state meet
The Class 5-1A state championship has resided in the Wichita area for nine of the last 10 years in the world of Kansas high school boys swimming and diving.
That’s a trend Andover is planning on continuing at the upcoming KSHSAA state championship meet, which begins Thursday and concludes Saturday at the Shawnee Mission School District Aquatic Center, as the Trojans aim for their third straight team title.
To highlight some of the star power in the Wichita area, The Eagle has compiled a list of 50 of the top swimmers to keep an eye on in Lenexa this week. The top 25 swimmers and divers have also been distinguished.
